在Pets Global網站上結算您所選購的貨品，您可以選擇對您來說方便的送貨日期。
 
儲齊包裝袋上的電腦條碼後 (每10個為1組/天然糧或貓砂各自計算)，連同姓名及聯絡電話郵寄以下地址:

「10送1優惠計劃」收
** 建議寄掛號，以免寄失
 
10送1按平均價值送1包天然糧或貓砂，收到有關電腦條碼及經電腦計算後，我們會於七個工作天內 (以郵截計算) 透過電話聯絡閣下確認。
 
閣下可選擇以下列其中一種方式領取天然糧或貓砂:
 
1) 於辦公時間內 (星期一至五 : 9:30-13:00 及14:00-18:00) 到本公司辦公室領取 (請先預約)；
 
2) 我們公司之運輸團隊把天然糧或貓砂運送到閣下指定地址(禁區及離島除外)，運輸費為港幣六十元正，如超過五包，其後每一包額外多收港幣十元正
 
如有其他查詢，可於辦公時間內致電本公司 2361-1121查詢。

Check out on Pets Global website with your selected product(s), you could select the delivery date that is convenient for you.

After collecting the computer barcodes from the packaging (10 per set, calculated separately for natural food or cat litter), please send them along with your name and contact number to the following address:

Flat C, 8/F, Cheong Fat Factory Building, 265-271 Un Chau Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong

"Barcode Redemption"

**It is recommended to send by registered mail to avoid loss.

The 10 for 1 redemption allows you to receive 1 pack of dry food or cat litter at an average value. After we receive the relevant barcodes and process them, we will contact you by phone within seven working days (based on mail processing time) for confirmation.

You may choose one of the following ways to collect your dry food or cat litter:

  1. Pick up at our office during office hours (Monday to Friday: 9:30-13:00 and 14:00-18:00) (please make an appointment in advance);

  2. Our transportation team will deliver the dry food or cat litter to your designated address (excluding restricted areas and outlying islands), with a shipping fee of HK$60. For more than five packs, an additional HK$10 will be charged for each extra pack.

 

If you have any other inquiries, please call our company at 2361-1121 during office hours.
