We're happy that you like our products. To redeem your loyalty rewards, please follow the steps below:
- 在香港Pets Global註冊一個賬戶。Register an account on Pets Global Hong Kong.
- 請拍攝所有電腦條碼的清晰照片。Please take a clear picture of all barcodes.
- 請訪問 “10送1優惠計劃” 頁面，在兌換表格中填寫你想要兌換的商品，然後上傳條碼的照片。Visit Loyalty Reward, fill up the redemption form with the item(s) you wish to redeem, and upload picture(s) of barcodes.
- 如果有不同的貨品要兌換，請提交一份新的兌換申請表。Submit a new redemption form if there is a different item to redeem.
我們將核實您提交的內容。一旦獲得批准，您的10送1兌換券將存入你的賬戶。We will verify your submissions. Once approved, your redemption voucher will deposit into your account.
