如果您收到的貨品有出錯或者已損壞，請在貨品送達日期起七（7）天內通過 support@pets-global.hk 聯繫我們。我們的送貨人員會上門收取您要退回的商品，並且會同時將替換的商品送達給您。
If an item you received is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days from your delivery date at support@pets-global.hk. Our delivery staff will collect the item from you and deliver the replacement item at the same time.
