如果您想要退回因訂錯而收到的已配送貨品，將會被收取港幣$60的管理費。退回的商品必須保持其原始狀態，放在原包裝盒和 / 或包裝內，且未被使用過或尚未拆封。
您必須在商品送達日期起七（7）天內通過 support@pets-global.hk 聯繫我們。
If you wish to return any delivered items you ordered wrongly, there will be an administration fee of S$10.00. The returned item must be in its original condition, in its original box and/or packaging, and not used or unopened.
You must contact us within seven (7) days from your delivery date at support@pets-global.hk.
